Miniature Nintendo NES to be released with 30 built-in games

Nintendo NES just got smaller!
Nintendo, the company behind many successful gaming consoles, will be releasing a new version of NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). The company announced the Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition. It looks like a smaller version of the original NES, and it also comes with 30 built-in games. You can now connect it to your TV via a HDMI cable, and it also includes a controller designed to work just like the iconic rectangular NES gamepad but this can connect to your Wii Remote as well.

With lack of cartridges and additional HDMI support, the new mini-console will also feature some useful modern convenience like multiple suspend points. This helps the player not start over from scratch when closing or turning the console off.
Here’s the complete list of games that comes with the unit:
  • Balloon Fight
  • Bubble Bobble
  • Castlevania
  • Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest
  • Donkey Kong
