Now Official: Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace Neo with Quad Core Chip, Super AMOLED Display and 4G LTE Connectivity

A new Samsung model has been launced in South Aftrica. It is called the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace Neo.

It has an official price of 2,319 Rand or around ₱7,500.00. With that price you get a 4.3 inch AMOLED display, 4G LTE connectivity, 5MP camera, 1.5GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM and a 1900mAh battery.

Although the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace Neo is an entry level smartphone, it’s nice to see that it still uses Super AMOLED technology for a superior display compared to a TFT panel. The biggest concern here is the 5MP camera and 1900mAh battery. This would be a deal breaker to some considering at this price range you can get higher spec phones such as Asus Zenfone 2 or Alcatel Flash 3 with the same price. Also to consider is that AMOLED display cause short battery life despite the Ultra Power Saving Mode.

Their are still no news from Samsung if they will offer the Galaxy J1 Ace Neo here in the Philippines.
