Google's new app, Duo a 1-to-1 video calling app, is now released on Android and iOS for download.
With lot of competition such as Facebook, FaceTime, Skype and WhatsApp , Google boast Duo as a simple interface app and only requires a phone number
to reach people in your phone's contact list. Another drawback for me is that the person you are calling should have also a Duo app installed in
their smartphone. The app also claims that it will be reliable and fast even on slower networks.
This being said Duo is another app trying to enter a territory with apps already good in the field. We don't know yet whether or what google wants with
their app or whether they are targeting a niche of users. Google Duo is currently available for visiting the Play Store or the App Store.
